How Do I?

Set Up My Card

  • Complete My Credit Card Application: Log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu.
  • Check the Status of My Credit Card Application: Please Call 800-947-1444 and choose option 1 for the status of an application. The potential cardmember will be required to enter his/her social security number to locate the application. Additional verification item(s) will be needed to validate.
  • Activate My Credit Card: Follow instructions that come with your card or call 800-720-BANK.
  • Set Up Alerts for Credit Cards: Log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu.

Update My Card

  • Add a Joint Owner to My Credit Card: Log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu.
  • Add an Authorized Signer to My Credit Card: Log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu.
  • Change the PIN on My Credit Card: Call 800-285-8585.
