E-mail has become an important way for Downey
Savings to communicate with our customers and we want to
assure you that we will safeguard your privacy.
Downey Savings does not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise
make available your e-mail address to any outside source.
We do, however, use e-mail to inform you of special offers
that we believe will benefit you. Typically, these e-mails
are sent no more than eight times a year – about once
every seven weeks.
E-mail is also used to quickly alert you to any security
concerns that might affect your account. These messages are
sent on an “as needed” basis.

we will not solicit confidential or
