What's the difference between a Traditional and In-Store branch?
A traditional branch is a freestanding, brick and mortar building that can service our customers with all products and services that they need. An in-store branch is located inside a supermarket and has extended business hours.

What is the interview process like?
If you are called to come in for an interview for one of our branch openings, in most cases, you will be participating in a group interview with the Retail Recruiter. If all goes well, you will have a 2nd interview with a hiring manager on a one-on-one basis. This may require more than one visit to the office.

What is a group interview?
If you are invited to participate in a group interview, you will be with other prospective candidates. (A group can be any number of people from 3 on up.) The interview will last at least an hour and a half and during this time, you will find out all about the company and the positions within a retail branch. At the same time, the Recruiter will be able to get to know you.

Are all your jobs part-time?
No, we have both part-time and full-time positions available. However, we will always post our positions for full-time internally before the job is filled externally. We want to give our current employees the opportunity to grow within the company.
